Due giorni HC contro le logiche di mercato!
Infestazione Hardcore nasce nel 2008 come festival di musica punkhardcore
e non solo, a sostegno di Radio Blackout e in reazione ad uno scenario
musicale sterile basato sul profitto, dilagante nel micromondo fashion dei locali
e circoli vari.
Ciò che vogliamo creare va oltre la musica in sè, si basa sui rapporti umani,
affinità di pensiero e complicità nel fare.
Perciò il concerto è un mezzo per comunicare, ma anche un pretesto per
incontrarsi, creare una rete di contatti, scambiare conoscenze e pratiche
attraverso le distro, le mostre, laboratori e proiezioni.
Per quanto riguarda la questione monetaria, tutto il ricavato va a supportare
Radio Blackout, unica emittente libera a torino e dintorni, da diciott'anni voce
di ogni lotta e forma di dissenso; Radio Blackout è autogestita, autofinanziata,
e al momento anche sotto sfratto, per motivi palesemente politici.
Ha infatti subito da poco una perquisizione (che voleva essere in realtà un
sequestro) in relazione ad un'indagine sfociata negli arresti del 23 febbraio, che
hanno colpito sette antirazzisti attivi nonchè redattori di Radio Blackout. Una
manovra repressiva mirata a chiudere la bocca di chi non si piega allo stato,
con l'intenzione di sopprimere la già scarsa libertà di espressione e censurare
una realtà scomoda che vive e cresce a Torino dal 1992.

RBO sarà presente come negli scorsi anni con il suo banchetto, a fianco delle
numerose altre distro che popolano la scena della due giorni. Dato l'ampio
spazio, non c'è limite per banchetti ed esposizioni (comunque contattateci un
po' prima per questioni tecniche); l'iniziativa si svolge all'interno del parco
dell'ex manicomio di Collegno, a pochi passi dal Mezcal Squat, occupato nel
2006 da alcuni giovani marrani…
I gruppi saranno forniti di nutrimento e ospitalità, se necessario un rimborso
viaggio tenendo sempre conto che il fine ultimo non è il palco ma il benefit.
Per i viandanti è disponibile il prato infestato per l'occasione (portate sacchi a
pelo, tende, amache, ecc)
Questa due giorni è basata sull'autogestione e vuole riaffermare
l'autoproduzione musicale e la stessa musica che urla contro lo stato, senza
porre troppi limiti di genere: la sostanza sta nell'attitudine hardcore!

Deux jours HC contre les logiques du marché !
Infestazione Hardcore né en 2008 comme festival de musique punkhardcore
et non seulement, pour soutenir Radio Blackout et par réaction contre une
scène musicale stérile, basé sur le profit envahissant dans le micromonde
mondain des locaux et des différents milieux.
Ce que nous voulons créer va au delà de la musique en soi, et se base sur les
rapports humains, affinités de pensées et complicité d'action.
C'est pourquoi le concert est un moyen pour communiquer, mais aussi un
prétexte pour se rencontrer, créer un réseau de contacts, échanger des
connaissances et des expériences à travers les distros, les expositions, les
laboratoires et les projections.
En ce qui concerne la question monétaire, tous les gains vont en aide à Radio
Blackout, la seule station-radio libre à Turin et aux alentours, depuis dix-huit
ans la voix de toutes les luttes et les formes de désaprobation ; radio blackout
est gérée et financée par elle-même, et en ce moment, elle est sous expulsion,
pour motifs politiques, évidemment.
En effet, depuis peu, elle a subi une perquisition (qui voulait être en réalité un
séquestre) en relation avec une enquète relative aux arrêts du 23 février, de
sept antirassistes actifs et rédacteurs de Radio Blackout. Une manoeuvre
répressive qui tend à fermer la bouche de ceux qui ne se plient pas à l'état,
avec l'intention de supprimer le peu de liberté d'expression et de censurer une
réalité non commode qui vit et grandit à turin depuis 1992.

RBO sera présent comme les autres années avec son étale, à côté des
nombreuses distros qui envahiront la scène de ces deux jours. Etant donné
l'ampleur de l'endroit, il n'y a pas de limites aux étales et expositions (mais
contactez-nous quand-même avant, pour questions tecniques) ; l'initiative a
lieu à l'intérieur du parc de l'ex asile d'aliénés de Collegno, tout à côté du
Mezcal Squat, occupé depuis 2006 par de jeunes félons …
Les groupes auront l'ospitalité et de quoi se nourir, si nécessaire un
remboursement du voyage, en tenant toujours compte que le dernier but n'est
pas la scène, mais le profit.
Pour les voyageurs le parc infesté est disponible pour l'occasion (portez sacs de
couchage, tentes, hamacs etc).
Ces deux jours sont basés sur l'auto-gestion et veulent réaffirmer l'autoproduction
musicale et la musique même qui urle contre l'état, sans mettre
trop de limites aux genres : la substance est dans l'aptitude hardcore !

Two days HC against the logic of business!
Infestazione Hardcore was born in 2008 as a (more than) punk-hardcore
music festival, in support of Radio Blackout and in reaction to the sterile, profitbased
music scene, of the fashion micro-world of pubs and music
organizations.
What we aim to do goes beyond the music itself, it's about human
relationships, thoughts, affinity, and complicity in action.
So, the concert is a way to communicate, but also a pretext to meet each
other, to create a network of contacts, exchanging know-how and experiences
through distros, exhibitions, workshops and screenings.
About money, all proceeds from the concert will be given to Radio Blackout,
the only free radio station in Turin, which has spread the voices of struggle and
dissent for the past eighteen years; Radio Blackout is self-organized, selffinanced,
and at the moment also under threat of eviction, for clearly political
motivations.
Indeed, it was recently searched (in an attempt to seize materials) as part of
an investigation that led to the arrest of seven people on 23rd of February, who
were all anti-racist militants and members of Radio Blackout. A trick of
repression that aims to shut the mouths of those who don't submit to the state,
crush the – already poor – freedom of speech, and censure an inconvenient
reality that has lived and grown in Turin since 1992.

RBO will be present like in previous years, with its distro, together with the
other distros that populate the festival scene. The space is so big that there's
no limit to the expos and distros we can host (but contact us before for
technical reasons!); the festival will take place in the park of the ex-mental
hospital of Collegno, near the Mezcal Squat, occupied since 2006 by some
young fools :)…
The bands will be provided with food and hospitality, and, if needed travel
expenses will be reimbursed, keeping in mind that but the aim of the festival is
to support the radio - not make groups famous!
Travellers can camp ad-hoc in the “infested” field :) (bring sleeping-bag, tents,
hammocks, etc).
This two-day festival is based on self-organization and DIY and it's aim is to
reaffirm the musical self-production and the music that screams against the
state, without many music-genre limits: it is based on the hardcore attitude!
